One approved concept with one principal subject, up to three simple supporting forms, one lighting/material direction and one final camera composition. Two coordinated revision rounds cover form/composition, then materials/color. Delivery includes desktop/mobile renders from that composition, optimized web files, a high-resolution master and the agreed editable Blender source with transferable textures. A new concept, substantial new geometry, detailed interiors or engineering reconstruction needs a separate quote. Standalone delivery covers files and rights; installation into another supplier’s website is separate. Placement in an agreed Clover build is included.
You own the paid-for commissioned website code, copy and accounts, subject to disclosed third-party components. Clover retains original-art copyright; your exclusive business-marketing licence is perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free, covering website, social, ads and print. It transfers with your business, allows editing by your supplier and survives ending Care. Clover does not resell your bespoke art. The agreed editable source is delivered after payment. Pre-existing tools and third-party rights are disclosed. Full original-art copyright buyout adds $1,500 per hero asset, through a signed agreement covering the rights Clover holds.
Full brand identity, ecommerce, substantial custom integrations, animation, complex modeling and live interactive work need their own scope. Domain, email, booking/CRM subscriptions and other third-party costs are disclosed separately. Care’s hosting allowance is $25/month in provider costs; higher costs need agreement. An unsuitable inherited site needs a separate remediation quote. Neither website package promises search rankings or AI recommendations.
Both website packages include two consolidated revision rounds; website and included-asset reviews are coordinated. A new concept or substantial new geometry is quoted separately. Another independent hero asset is $1,500; an alternate view or material of an approved scene is $250, with no new geometry and a maximum of two paid variants. Approved extra revision work and work beyond care allowances are $125/hour, estimated and capped before starting. No automatic overage billing. Correcting a failure to meet the agreed brief is not a paid revision or charged against Care.
Monday–Friday, 9–5 Pacific, excluding holidays. Care acknowledges requests within two business days; acknowledgment is not guaranteed resolution. Active outages take priority during support hours. Allowances do not roll over. New pages, assets, redesigns, campaigns and substantial integrations are separately scoped. Build-only includes handoff and 30 days of defect correction; you can choose your own host or maintainer.
Annual service starts when recurring work starts, normally at launch. Cancel before the next monthly anniversary; service ends at that month’s close. Wholly unused prepaid months are refunded within 10 business days at $212.50/month for Care, with no termination fee, discount clawback or remaining-balance demand. Plan changes settle unused balances at a monthly anniversary. Renewal proposals arrive 30 days before year-end and require affirmative acceptance. No six-month discount, discount for an annual promise paid monthly, or stacking. The discount excludes builds, assets, onboarding, domains and third-party subscriptions. For the proposed Visibility service, annual prepay is $7,650 and unused-month refunds are $637.50 under the same terms.
Local-search foundations, relevant structured data, Search Console and inquiry-event setup are included in both new-website packages. The separate $750/month Visibility service, including Care, remains proposed; its sample report and delivery cycle still need to be produced and timed before it is offered.
The portfolio shows earlier work and studio capability samples. It does not establish that those projects sold at today’s package prices or demonstrate customer results from the new offer.
