Perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free use for your business website, social, paid ads and print. Clover retains copyright and does not resell your bespoke art to another business. The licence can transfer with your business.
The agreed source can be edited by you or your supplier for the licensed business. Pre-existing tools and reusable systems remain Clover's; incorporated third-party rights are disclosed.
Standalone delivery covers the files and agreed rights. Installation into someone else's website is separate; placement within the agreed Clover build is included. Animation, complex modeling and interactive work need their own scope.

Yes, with a separate quote. The $1,500 scene includes modeling, materials, lighting, rendered images and the agreed editable Blender source. Animation, rigging, physics, interactive configurators and live WebGL integration are additional scope. The rendered images can provide a static fallback for a later motion project.
The two consolidated review rounds cover composition/model form, then finish/material/color. Approval locks each stage. A new concept or substantially new geometry is separately quoted. Correcting work that misses the agreed brief is not a paid revision.
Yes. After payment, you receive the agreed final editable source, transferable textures and exported masters. You can edit the files or authorize another supplier to do so for the licensed business. Source access has no renewal fee and survives ending Care.
